JENN SCHOTTS

A 20 year Abbotsford resident and Mom to 3 wonderful kids, Jenn brings to her real estate career an extensive background in marketing, sales, sales management and training. Jenn has worked in a Marketing Director and Sales Management capacity for companies such as Cap-It International and Black Press Media and with her endless energy, a strong desire to help others succeed & tenacity, Jenn is so excited to be a RE/MAX Canada Broker Owner. Jenn believes strongly that the real estate industry should be driven by professionalism and that all ships rise with the tide.

MATT TINSLEY

I was born and raised in Abbotsford, and I know Abbotsford and the surrounding communities well.  Raised in a home that emphasized work ethic, integrity, honesty, and service to others instilled a deep passion to help others.  With a father who taught grade six for over 30 years, a mother who worked at the Abbotsford hospital for 25+ years, and an uncle who served the community of Abbotsford in the police force for many years, serving the community is ingrained in my family. I have been blessed with 3 beautiful daughters and love calling the McMillan area of Abbotsford home. 

CARRIE BALL

Carrie has been in the industry for over 17 years. She brings forth extensive real estate experience in management, marketing, systems, training and operations. Carrie has trained numerous support staff and agents and has built multi level systems to ensure efficiencies growth and profit. Carrie has also been involved in many marketing projects including websites, marketing books and more. Carrie has spent the last 17 years learning the ins and outs of Real Estate. She has also created efficient systems, processes, checklists and manuals to streamline any Real Estate Business. Carrie has exceptional leadership skills and commitment to helping their agents build their business while leveraging the RE/MAX brand.

BILLIE-JO THIESSEN

PART-TIME MANAGING BROKER & ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP LEADER

Billie-Jo assists Matt with deal completion and compliance, and is also available to help our agents with any transaction-related questions.
In addition to the support she provides as part-time Managing Broker, Billie-Jo also leads our Accountability Group. 
This group is comprised of 6-10 agents, and meets regularly during the week to discuss business planning strategies.
Billie-Jo is an immense support for our agents, both as a mentor and as a leader!

JENNY POSTMA

Head Administrator & Listings Coordinator

Jenny is our head administrator and listings coordinator. She assists all of our agents with their administrative needs, and listings paperwork.  
Jenny is knowledgeable, efficient, and wants to see agents succeed!

ANGELA KARSGAARD

Head Conveyancer

Angela is our head conveyancer.  With 11 year's experience in the real estate business, she ensures deals are processed smoothly, efficiently, and that all compliance standards are met. Angela is proficient and eager to help!

NICOLE GREENSLADE

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Nicole is our problem solver! She has a wealth of experience in real estate bookkeeping, training, as well as conveyancing. Nicole brings an abundance of knowledge, expertise, and practical solutions
 to this brokerage.
